Media tastings are not reviews, but they are a great way for me to learn more about full menu offerings, dish updates, and special events from our local restaurants to share with readers. Media tasting invitations are accepted from any local restaurant who would like coverage on Feasting Fort Collins – no matter if they’ve been previously reviewed or not.
Media tasting photos are uploaded on Feasting Fort Collins Instagram during (or shortly after) the event, so be sure to follow me on there for the sneak peek before it hits the site.
I love brunch. LOVE BRUNCH. Especially if there are bottomless mimosas. I had to laugh because the family was watching Bob’s Burgers “Brunchsquatch” episode the other night – which, was an awesome showcase of different artistic styles, but I digress… In this episode, they mentioned Brunch Skunks – people who don’t eat and just drink the bottomless mimosas. HA! I died. This is me and my crew of BFF’s. THANK GOD we’re actually smart enough to get pints of bacon and food (and tip accordingly for our shenanigans), but we’re honestly in it for the mimosas.
Availability of bottomless mimosas are the first filter when making the decision on where to go, and then the food. This leaves us mainly dining at Cafe Vino or Blue Agave. BUT! Now we have another option – Locality!
Locality has a weekly Sunday Brunch that offers bottomless mimosas. This is happy news to me, because it means I can walk there since I live so close. A perk that most of us on the southeast side of town don’t get to practice very often, unless you’re down with chain dining. Not only do they have bottomless mimosas, but they also have gourmet options at prices that aren’t going to break the bank. DOUBLE BONUS.
I had a chance to enjoy their brunch menu with Bill for a media tasting. It was a lot of fun! Here’s the photo gallery of all that we got to taste!
Menu items featured in the photo gallery above consisted of:
Biscuits and Gravy – tender belly bacon, gravy, biscuits, and breakfast potatoes

Braised chorizo hash burrito – with scrambled eggs, Monterey Jack cheese, green chile sauce, bell pepper, onion, and breakfast potatoes
