Media tastings are not reviews, but they are a great way for me to learn more about full menu offerings, dish updates, and special events from our local restaurants to share with readers. At this point, media tasting invitations are being accepted from any local restaurant who would like coverage on Feasting Fort Collins – no matter if they’ve been previously reviewed or not.
Media tasting photos are uploaded on Feasting Fort Collins Instagram during (or shortly after) the event, so be sure to follow me on there for the sneak peek before it hits the site.
Locality updated their menu for the spring season! Focusing on locally sourced ingredients through their relationships with farmers and purveyors, Locality is one of the Fort Collins restaurants you can expect to see seasonal menu changes from. Their spring menu features light and tender flavors that are perfect on these crisp sunny days. I had a chance to try their new menu and I was instantly wowed. Each plating is stunning and the flavors are delightful. They are hands down one of my favorite places to eat in Fort Collins. There are some stand out dishes that you cannot miss, like the charred octopus. The zucchini noodles and the gundi have sauces that leave you wanting to lick the plate clean. They’re fantastic!
You can view their menu and important details on their website.
